You can access the Garmin nuvi map update on the official website of Garmin. There are two versions of Garmin Nuvi updates, a paid Garmin Map Update or Garmin GPS Update.
• If you’re a Garmin Nuvi 1300 user, update your device by first downloading the Map Manager.
• Install it on the PC. After that, link the device to your system.
• Launch the Map Manager application.
• Ensure that your application is able to read the device.
• Download the updated maps.
• To update the GPS, choose ‘Install Maps.’
